I learned that LA has most unaffordable housing for a college graduate who can’t afford a rent more than half of the monthly pay. If I only want to live at somewhere within 30 minutes drive to the LA Int’l Airport, which communities in metro-LA have the decent and affordable rental housing? Your advices and suggestions will be appreciated.

I need to calculate the rent for each bedroom but they’re all different sizes. I can’t get the square footage because the old tenant is still moving out and I need to place an ad right away. All I know is that the largest room is 1.5 times the smallest one and the third bedroom is a size somewhere between the smallest one and the biggest one.

I don’t need to separate between shared space and bedroom. Just want to figure out the rent by the size of the bedrooms. Can anyone help me?
